I really enjoy my time working as a Syon Park wedding photographer. About 7 years ago I shot my first wedding here for Natalie and Ben, and I remember being so excited exploring the house, gardens and conservatory with them in the run up to the big day. Since then I have been lucky to capture more weddings here and several other events, each one a joy to shoot.
Syon House itself has a beautiful ceremony room with an incredible black and white floor. The light that breaks in through the high windows creates some really dramatic images during the ceremony. But that moment when the wedding guests making their way through the gardens and see the conservatory for the first time is always a treat. It is truly a stunning venue for a great party, and I love seeing the unique way each couple chooses to decorate it.
As you’ll see from the above, I love photographing weddings in a natural way, looking for fun moments all day. My usual coverage option means I stay late into the evening to capture a great sense of the party. I think it’s lovely to have those memories from the whole day, from getting ready to dancing the night away.
