There are few venues I know as well, or am as fond of, as Hedsor. I’m very pleased to be one a recommended Hedsor House wedding photographer, and I know the coordination team very well from several years of closely working alongside them at weddings and other events.
The flexibility of the house is incredible. I’ve shot everything from 150 guests playing african drums in the great hall, to an intimate 12 person ceremony here, and no two weddings at Hedsor are the same as you can see from the collection of images above.
I occasionally run photography workshops, teaching other photographers the art of good wedding photography, and I use Hedsor as our backdrop because it offers so much versatility and great scenery. So I think it’s safe to say I know the location very well inside and out! In the springtime there is an incredible carpet of bluebells, in the summer the sunken garden looks amazing in full bloom, and the interior spaces are stunning the whole year round, especially the large cupola feature of the great hall.
Evenings are one of my favourite times at a wedding to make incredible images of just the two of you, and whether this includes a sunset over the amazing views of Berkshire towards the back of the house, or some interior shots when everything is lit up so beautifully, the possibilities are endless. Being familiar with a venue really helps me to know things like this, so being a regular Hedsor House wedding photographer is a big advantage here.
Our studio is just 15 minutes from Hedsor, in nearby Coleshill, so perhaps you can combine your next trip out to the venue with a meeting and a look through some of our sample wedding albums. I look forward to hearing from you.
