Well this has been a long time coming (very much behind on my blogging this year!), but I had an amazing time back in June out in Lake Garda with Joe and Lauren. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and my love of shooting destination weddings was seriously reinforced after this fun weekend in the sun! I’d been looking forward to my first outing as a Lake Garda wedding photographer, and I loved the area so much that Marie and I returned just a couple of weeks later to the same spot for a holiday. We had an amazing trip exploring the small towns of Sirmione, Garda and Bardolino and are already planning out next trip.
This Lake Garda wedding had it all… the incredible Cathedral of San Giovanni in Lonato and a picture perfect hilltop castle for the reception, called Rocca di Lonato. Joe and Lauren, thank you so much for bringing me out to Lake Garda for your wedding, there’s a reason I was there still shooting at 2am… you’re great people with great friends and I had a blast making photographs for you ๐
