The flexibility of Hedsor House is incredible. I’ve shot everything here from 150 guests playing African drums in the great hall, to an intimate 12 person ceremony. No two weddings at Hedsor are the same as you can see from the collection of images below.
I occasionally run photography workshops, teaching other photographers the art of good wedding photography, and I use Hedsor as our backdrop because it offers so much versatility and great scenery. So I think it’s safe to say I know the location very well inside and out! In the springtime there is an incredible carpet of bluebells and in the summer the sunken garden looks amazing in full bloom. The interior spaces are stunning the whole year round, especially the large cupola feature of the great hall.
Evenings are one of my favourite times as a wedding photographer to make those stand out images of just the two of you. Sometimes this includes the sun setting over the back of the house using the amazing views. Or perhaps some shots upstairs inside when everything is lit up so beautifully, the possibilities are endless. Being familiar with a venue really helps me to know things like this… I count myself very fortunate to be a recommended Hedsor House wedding photographer. Have a look at just a few of my favourite shots from recent years below.
