What a weekend this was! When I met Simone & Christian for the first time I new this would be such a fun event to shoot. They didn’t want a traditional wedding at all, so started with a very intimate ceremony before most of the guests arrived. I live not too far away, so love the chance to capture Henley wedding photos whenever I can.

S&C wanted to make their day a big festival of great music, (see a few star turns below!), great food and fun times. They definitely nailed it! And hats off to Lyndy Redding who turned their vision into reality, what an event!

For some reason I just love boats at weddings! With all the guests arriving in these lovely launches, S&C were able to greet everyone as they arrived, now as husband and wife! I live locally but as much of my work is in London I don’t get the chance to shoot too many Henley weddings. So I was delighted to be brought in for this one, and super lucky the sun shone all day. The cocktail reception riverside on the Thames was just gorgeous. The tents and daybeds adorned by amazing flowers were a real treat on the eye.

Festival vibes

After a really laidback reception, it was time for the party to really get started! I mean who doesn’t have Craig David and The Cuban Brothers pop along to perform at their wedding?! (You can see some more of our Celebrity weddings here.) Everyone partied hard all night and I think we called it a day around 2am. An absolutely epic wedding all round, congrats guys!
